
Content-Based Guided Meditations
Relax and take a moment for yourself and at the same time learn something special. Each meditation first takes the listener through a relaxation routine to clear the mind and calm the body. The listener is then guided through various environmental concepts where they are immersed into the content through story-telling, imagination and conceptualization. Wellness and content are combined to create a feel-good, memorable experience aiding in memory retention and deeper understanding of complex concepts.

Listeners relax and envision disintegrating their body to join the soil beneath them. The meditation covers soil formation, composition, the brown food web, fungal symbiosis, the bacteria of the Nitrogen Cycle and much more.
Biomes visited include: Arctic, Tundra, Boreal Forest (Taiga), Temperate Deciduous Forest, Grasslands, Desert, Savannah and Tropical Rainforest. Special attention is made throughout to incorporate yearly temperature and precipitation for complementing lessons on climographs.

Listeners are taken through a journey through the different spheres taking time to appreciate how each sphere interacts with the others. The meditation ends with the individual appreciating how they are connected and depend upon these spheres.
